Sri Lanka China Buddhist Friendship Association (SLBFA) with the financial assistance of the Embassy of the People’s Republic if China in Sri Lanka donated 3 Nos water purification plants and a water supply project under the theme “ Suwa Diviyata Pendothak”  of SLCBFA.

PadiyaThalawa in Ampara District, on a request made by H.E the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa SLCBFA constructed a water supply scheme to Baungala Aranya Senasanaya Waththagampalatha Padiyathalawa and Water Purification Plant at Ananda Boodi Viharaya Kolaeliya Pallama in Puttalam District.

On a request made by the Prime Minister’s Office and
Hon Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa the water purification
plants at Nagolla Raja Maha Viharaya Polpithigama in
Kurunegala District and Sooriyawewa Ranmuthugala
Junior School in Hambanthota District are under construction.
